Nomination filling for the post of Chairman and Deputy Chairman, Sultanganj Municipal Council Election

On the fifth day of nominations for the Bhagalpur municipal elections on Thursday, four candidates filed nomination papers for the Sultanaganj Municipal Council, including two for the post of chief councillor and two for the post of councillor. At the same time, two candidates filed nominations from Akbarnagar Nagar Panchayat. Mahesh Prasad Gupta, a resident of Abuganj ward number 10, and Kulwanti Devi, a resident of Narayanpur ward number 28, filed their nomination papers for the main plant from Sultanganj. Not a single nomination has been filed for the post of deputy chief councillor from Sultanganj. For the post of councillor, Raja Kumar, a resident of Abuganj, and Ranglal Kumar, a resident of Abuganj, filed their nomination papers for ward number 11. From Sultanganj, 18 people cut the Nazir receipt. On Thursday, three people for the post of chief councillor, two for the post of deputy chief councillor and 13 for ward councillor cut "nazir rasid" for Sultanganj Municipal Council.  For Akbarnagar Nagar Panchayat, two candidates submitted nomination papers for the post of councillor. Rajiv Ranjan for ward number 2 and Suraj Kumar for ward number 5 filed their nomination papers. Of these, four people for one deputy chief councillor and nine for the councillor on Thursday, the nomination process will continue till September 19.
